Our Manifesto:

In society today, children are finding education hard in schools and worrying about having too much study. Some are uninspired by lots of academic subjects and can feel stressed. This is why the Education party was made; we will help children in the schools of Britain relax. We will do this by bringing in more engaging and fun lessons for all to enjoy. Remember, this won't just be more Maths and English; we will incorporate creative and exciting subjects. The current curriculum is also important and we want to encourage children to do their best and achieve. Without education, children won't be able to learn what they need for a bright and successful future.

Policy 1

More exciting lessons

We think that we should add lessons that are more creative. These will include lessons such as: Cooking, Gardening, first-aid, art, music and many more. These will help the children learn new things in different ways.

Policy 2

Different after-school clubs

The Education Party will put in different clubs so children can experiment with new hobbies. These will include clubs such as: Astronomy club so children can study the star constellations. Astronomy is not a usual hobby you would have but it is something for kids to enjoy. Other ideas include: Debating club, textiles, product design, interior design. We have a gold mine of other ideas and would love to hear your opinion.

Policy 3

Year group pets

We think that this will be a good addition to the school because the children can study the animal they have in their year. Looking after a pet also teaches responsibility and compassion and can help to relieve stress. We are aware that people may have allergies, and have adapted to that. We are open to ideas from our peers.

Policy 4

Treat time

We think that treat time should be used once every term for people who try their hardest. The treat time will include: cake decorating, baking, nerf wars, football tournaments and many more. This will encourage the children to aim high and try everything even if they are not sure that they will be good at something.

Policy 5

More one to one talks with your teacher

We think this will be a good idea so you can talk to your teacher about anything that is worrying you. Feedback 5 is already running but we feel that everybody should be able to express their opinion about the clubs on offer or the new lessons we want to introduce.

We hope you take this into consideration.
